I visited One Lexington Condominiums last week and I have to say that I was very impressed. The high-rise condo market in Phoenix has been devastated by the bursting of the real estate bubble. Now that this community has been bought by a different developer at wholesale they are free to substantially lower prices from those of the previous developer. I believe this marks the beginning of a recovery for the Phoenix high-rise condo market. In the near future there will be a few more communities that will be bought up and repackaged by new developers just as this one has. Until then, One Lexington represents the best value in Phoenix for a new high-rise condo.

The quality of construction and the interior finish of the units is really quite nice. The design is what I would call clean and sophisticated modern that is very comfortable. The views from almost any unit are spectacular with their floor to ceiling windows and nothing nearby to create an obstruction. Then there is the location, smack dab in the middle of Midtown Phoenix right at the Osborn light rail station. Talk about convenient! Prices at One Lexington begin under $200,000 for one bedrooms and continue up to over $800,000 for the penthouses. With these amazing prices One Lexington will be on the top of my list of Phoenix high-rice condos to recommend.
